Facing mortality didn’t make me bold. It made me honest. There’s a difference.
I’ve had three near-death experiences, not metaphorically. They were actual brushes with the edge - one involving a bottle of industrial strength hydrogen peroxide and a stroke that should’ve killed me. But it didn’t. And each time, what came back with me wasn’t what most people talk about with a huge awakening. It was flat out refusal.
Refusal to disappear, stay small and agree to follow a script I didn’t write.
Thank you for the Sacred service of existing...for now.
Fierce Fact: Our species is one of only 3 that experiences menopause. Why? Their Divine Genetics evolved to prioritize Wisdom as one of the primary requirements for not just surviving, thriving as well.
